Products sold on this site are for UAE domestic use only and will be shipped using a UAE domestic shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product (within the UAE only).
For international shipments, a separate shipping fee will be charged. Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping location, so please contact us and we will inform you of the charges separately.
*Due to the current situation with the new coronavirus infection and the situation in Russia and Ukraine, there are some countries and regions where we are unable to handle international shipments due to the ongoing reduction in air traffic and other factors.
Shipping Date
Products will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of order.(UAE domestic only)
If there are special circumstances that may delay the shipment, we will notify you separately in advance.
Minimum delivery time
Within the UAE, the earliest delivery date will vary depending on the payment method, delivery area, and delivery company, but please allow 5 business days.
Please note that if Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday is included in the delivery date, the delivery will be made after the vacation.
In case of overseas delivery, we will inform you separately.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification of delivery, so please contact the shipping company.
Change delivery date and time
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery date and time cannot be changed. Please check the delivery notification e-mail sent after the shipment is completed and contact the delivery company to change the delivery date and time by yourself.
When we have received confirmation of credit card payment, we will send you a payment confirmation by e-mail within 2 business days in principle.
