Refund and Returns and Cancellation Policy

The refund, return and cancellation policy for this service is as follows

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 business days prior to shipment. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted for any reason after the deadline or once the product has been shipped.

The conditions under which returns and exchanges can be made are as follows

1. If an item arrives that is different from the item you ordered
2. If we deem the product to be in a clearly defective condition (you must take a picture of the defective product and send it to us in advance).

Other than the above, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns regardless of whether the package has been opened or not.

Only for items eligible for return, refunds will be made according to the procedures specified by the Company upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
The timing of the refund will also be within our reasonable discretion, and we will not pay any interest or other interest charges incurred between your payment and the refund.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
